A few helpful details before your pup's appointment.
What vaccinations does my dog need?
Rabies vaccination is required, and proof of vaccination must be provided. You can ask your veterinarian to email the records directly to info@hairyhugos.com, or bring or send me a copy. Distemper/Parvo and Bordetella vaccinations are strongly recommended.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I understand that plans can change, and I appreciate as much notice as possible.
How does drop-off work?
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. You can text me when you arrive, and I can meet you at the back entrance, or you can come in through the front.
How will I know when my dog is ready?
I'll text or call you about 30 minutes before your pup is expected to be ready for pickup.
When should I pick up my dog?
Please arrange to pick up your pup promptly once they're ready. If you need a different pickup arrangement, just let me know when scheduling your appointment.

A comfy kind of grooming
Hi, I'm Kami Neihoff.
I started grooming after working 8 years in the veterinary industry, giving me the perfect opportunity to combine my artistic side with my experience and love of handling animals.
I pay attention to each dog's body language and adjust my approach when needed. My goal is to make grooming as comfortable as reasonably possible while giving every dog the care they need.
As the only groomer at Hairy Hugo's, I'll work one-on-one with your dog in a quieter, more personal setting. When I'm not at the salon, I'm usually hiking or training with my own three dogs.
